What is the average turn around time to build and deliver a custom snowboard?
A:
Depending on a few factors such as top sheet graphics or core availability in can take from 3 to 4 weeks.

How will I know when my snowboard has been shipped?
A:
If you placed your order online, you will be emailed your tracking number on the day that your board is shipped.
If you ordered in person or over the telephone, please make sure we have been given your email address and you will be emailed your tracking
