We strive to build a selection of quality snowboards that we know you'll be happy with for many years to come.
However if you must return something that was purchased through YankeeSnowboards.com, here are some basic guidelines:
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Yankee Snowboards within 30 days of delivery for a full refund,
minus any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay
the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If at any time you are unhappy with one of our
products we will work with you to resolve the problem.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY FOR VISIBILE DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL AND BEFORE THE CARRIER LEAVES AND DO NOT DISCARD PACKAGING MATERIALS.
